How do I clean these Cre8brick? How to use the mortar? Cleaning is easy. Make sure to wash with water before and after use, without the need for any cleaning agents, to keep them clean and hygienic. Before the first use, rinse off the naturally fired dust with water. If the bricks become bonded after use and you want to disassemble them for re-creation, simply soak the bonded bricks in water for 1 hour, then gently wash them. There is no need to wait for them to dry before reusing. When storing, ensure they are fully dried. Easy to wash off clothes.

Q: Why doesn't the mixed mortar stick properly? A1. When too much water is added, making it too watery, it becomes difficult to bond. The mortar must be mixed with water to a toothpaste-like consistency for the correct viscosity! A2. The applied mortar might be too thin. The thickness of the mortar applied to the bricks should be at least 1-2mm to ensure sufficient adhesion!

Q: How long does it take for the mortar to dry after the work is completed? A: It takes about 1.5 hours to partially dry, and 24 hours to fully dry (this can vary slightly depending on the climate conditions).
